BIOL 370 Introduction to Cancer Biology

This course provides an introduction to cancer and its hallmarks. Some of the topics in the class include: biology and genetics of cancer, tumor suppressors, oncogenes, and immunology and cancer. In addition, students will delve deeper into epigenetic mechanisms that cause cancer and therefore gain a deeper understanding of the “flow” of biological information and the central dogma.
