HSS 280 SOCIAL RESEARCH METHODS

An introduction to the various methodological strategies commonly used in social and behavioral science research, including the experiment, survey, field observation, and unobtrusive research. Students will engage in the practical application of these strategies, as well as critically evaluate the research methods published in refereed journal articles.
