PSY 256 ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

This course explores psychological theories, principles, and research findings as they relate to the study and understanding of people in organizations. Topics include research methods, selection and training, leadership, motivation and productivity, job performance and satisfaction, and group and inter-group relations.
