HCM 510 Foundations of Public Health

This course introduces the historical, philosophical, theoretical, scientific, and ethical foundations of public health. The course broadly covers the core disciplines, functions, and essential services in public health. Students will explore how core principles and practices of public health are applied in the local, state, national, and global context.
