MSEL 530 Leadership: Change, Crises, and Communication

This course introduces the role of leadership in managing change and responding to organizational crises. As a leader, student will analyze strategies for managing change as a constant state, evaluate situations for potential crises, and develop proactive approaches for crises management. Effective communication strategies as key to crises management will be examined.
