MSEL 590 Legal Issues in Human Resources Management
This course is designed to enable the student/Human Resources Manager to recognize and analyze potential legal implications of common workplace situations. This course will help to understand and evaluate current trends and issues in employment law and to apply this knowledge in a way that effectively manages risk in the employment relationship. In this course, considerations are
addressed regarding the employment relationship, employment laws and HR policies resolving employment disputes and current/future trends in employment and Human Resources laws.
