MSEL 570 Nonprofit Strategic Management and Leadership

Nonprofit leaders use strategy to navigate through the dynamic internal and external environments. Through mission, vision, goal setting, strategic planning, and environmental analysis and assessment, strategy is developed, implemented, and measured. In this course, students explore the purpose and process of strategic management to analyze the work that needs to be done
and the best way to do it.
